The unique and picturesque beach Praia da Marinha is just 5 min walking distance and the small typical fisherman´s village Benagil and several small beaches are located near by. The villa with it´s 300 qm offers plenty of space for 8 persons. From the entrance hall double doors lead to the large living area: 2 swing doors open to a wide terrace (partly protected by a roof) with stunning views to the sea as the villa is surrounded by nature. Curved staircases are leading to the garden and pool area below. The four bedrooms (three bathrooms, one ensuite, another one can be directly accessed from the pool), furnished similar, are situated on the lower level and have direct access to the garden and pool area. On the lower level the bedrooms are protected from the heat and offer a wonderful view when you open the curtains. in the morning. There is a large lawn to the right of the pool and the garden is surrounded by tall bushes- creating a save play area for children. As the villa is in rural surroundings it is approached via an unpaved road which is a romantic approach to the villa. A fireplace in the living room creates a warm and cozy atmosphere (wood provided). For all other rooms we provide AC and electric heaters and thick duvets. The well equipped kitchen invites to cook but you will also find several local family Restaurants close by which we recommend and describe in our "tip list" laying out in the living room. From mondays- fridays our cleaning lady ensures a nicely cleaned house. If you have any further questions we are always available for you. This includes a general cleaning of the house (making beds, wiping floors, clean bathrooms and kitchen). This doesn't include: washing dishes Once a week: change of bedsheets, clothes washing service (you can drop your dirty clothes and she will take care of it. New towels will be provided whenever needed (the ones on the floor will be exchanged.) Please think ecological with us! 1 garbage bag will be taken by the cleaning lady daily.
