The space About this Space We present to you a three bedroom, and hall, apartment, nestled in the modern village of Arpora. It's a hop, skip, and jump away from the most popular beaches of Goa, i.e., Anjuna, Baga and Calangute, and yet located in a serene, nature-surrounded, locale. Space is comfortable for 7 to 8 people. Kitchen on ground floor not in apartment. We are very close to the Saturday Night Bazaar, and the most famous clubs in Goa; Cubana, Tito's, LPK Guest access Guests have access to the entire three-bedroom apartment on the second floor, including one master bedroom and two secondary bedrooms. There are two washrooms — one attached and one common — making it a comfortable, budget-friendly stay for families or groups of friends. You’ll also have access to the front garden area, driveway, office, and shared kitchen on the ground floor. Other things to note Wi-Fi: Free high-speed internet (100 Mbps, unlimited). Breakfast: Available daily between 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Please place your order the previous evening so we can prepare fresh. Kitchen Use: Guests may use the kitchen for a one-time charge of ₹ 300 for the duration of their stay (open 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.). Laundry & Ironing: -Ironing – ₹ 40 per item -Laundry – ₹ 350 per load (washer + dryer) Housekeeping: Daily cleaning is provided. Towels and linens are changed every three days to conserve water. Sauna: Available by appointment for registered guests; please schedule your slot in advance. Power Backup: Supports fans and lights during occasional outages. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Kindly keep voices and music low during these times. Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted on balconies. It is not allowed inside rooms or near the pool area. Smoking, drinking, or use of hukkas in or around the pool is strictly prohibited. Celebrations: We happily take advance orders for cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, anniversaries, or bridal showers.
