Cottage in Tejeda

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people) The space Large windows make the outdoors the most important part of the decor. Guest access IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to incidents related to Tropical Storm Therese, the pool area will be closed until further notice. The neighboring house, Casa Catina, does not share any spaces with La Señorita. Despite being together, there is a lot of intimacy between the two properties because each of them has its own land and the leisure areas are oriented to different points. Other things to note The house is located inside a volcano caldera. It is a privileged place in terms of landscape, but it is also a space with a peculiar terrain. There is no plain, it is very mountainous and access is not easy. The road to the village is not long (about 47 km from the coast, but the road has many curves and it takes about an hour to travel the road). Children may get seasick. Access to the house is by a cement road that impresses the first time you drive on it, but it is wide and well suited for all types of cars. The village is very nice and very quiet. It has few inhabitants and we always recommend our guests make a purchase on the way at a larger supermarket.
