Comfy 2Br Craftsman House in the Heart of SD

This cozy, bright, and lovingly maintained 2 bedroom Craftsman house is located in the heart of San Diego. It's family-friendly, has AC, and is well-equipped for a brief or a longer stay. Guests have full access to 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, deck, and laundry. There is free parking on the street and a driveway for smaller cars. Enjoy! The space We provide most essentials for a comfortable stay, and leave plenty of space for guest to spread out. The house is a little over 600 square feet, but offers enough space to both socialize and have privacy. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or a small family, or 2-3 friends traveling together. Two couples are fine, but there's only room for 3 non-co-sleeping adults. The house has wifi, and a TV with Roku (no cable TV). We have all the standard kitchen appliances, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer. Although there isn't an office, there are several laptop-friendly surfaces to pick from. We welcome families with children and provide a few baby and kid items. The house is generally very safe but not specifically "child-proof" so children's safety is solely the responsibility of their accompanying adults. Guest access Go sunbathing on the deck, or cool off at home with an AC. Walk to a restaurant or get a local delicacy at the farmers market and whip up a meal in our well-stocked kitchen. Curl up on the couch for a movie night, or take a short drive to a busy beach. It's all up to you :) The kitchen has a full fridge, a gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave/grill combo, and other standard appliances. Cookware and dinnerware are provided and you're welcome to use our oil, salt, and spices. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and towels are provided. Other things to note The house is professionally cleaned before each guest. We do not usually provide cleaning services during the guests' time here; it's up to the guests to keep the house reasonably clean. If needed, some cleaning supplies are available below the sink.
