This condo includes 1-King and 1-Queen bed, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, nice living room furniture, cable & wifi, kitchen cookware,utensils,linens,towels and small washer/dryer. Saltwater pool during summer months! The space This bi-level townhome has been tastefully done with granite counter-tops, SS appliances and bamboo floors on the main level. The contemporary furnishings are stylish and comfortable, both living room chairs recline! Relax in comfort while here on business or leisure, 2 Bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and the other a King Bed, full bath and 1/2 bath, single stall carport, patio area and swimming pool in season. Sleeps up to 4. Sorry, only 2 man crews are accepted. Peaceful relaxing environment, the neighborhood is friendly and is in central Amarillo, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Attractions range from hiking/biking in Palo Duro Canyon to museums, amusement parks and rodeo events. Amarillo is a hub city to the entire panhandle areas of Texas and Oklahoma, also New Mexico and some from Colorado. Amarillo is my home of 25 years and anything you might need is a phone call away, I can offer helpful tips on area restaurants and attractions. Toddlers under the age of 2 are not a good idea as the stairs can be a real hazard for them. If new is what you are looking for, then this is not your place. I provide a good value for the price.
