We would like to host guests who are looking for a nice, clean, simple and recently renovated flats as a second home during their stay in Istanbul. At the heart of Kadikoy, the Homes are situated at a vivid and entertaining section of Istanbul. This home has a balcony. The space The Homes are located at a privately owned family apartment building. Although the building is situated at the center of Kadikoy, when you are inside the flat there is only the quietness. However you may hear the voice of the sea gulls in the morning. The home has one bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), a living room integrated with a kitchen. This home has a centrally heating system. The home has a steel door entrance as well. It is located on the second floor of our family building. The home has a maximum capacity of 3 person. The main market place, shopping stores, cafes, restaurants, harbor and bus stops etc. all are within a few walking minutes distance away. Kadikoy is an established residential district of Istanbul. Thus it has been becoming a popular accommodation attraction center in the recent years since it is found as safer, more quiet than many touristic centers located on the European section of the city. On the other hand, It is also easy to get to the "Old Town" of Istanbul (situated at the European part of the city) either by means of boat or metro. You have to cross the Bosphorus channel to get to the Old Town that offers significant touristic attractions. It is recommended to use a ferry to cross the Bosphorus. You can be assured of that this is really a pleasant journey with sea sea gulls flying beside the ferry and takes about 20 minutes. There is a crossing boat in every 15 min intervals at most. And because you will be at the center of everything on the sea without any obstacles, this remarkable journey will offer you to enjoy a very beautiful view of the city. The home is located only 5 minutes walking distance to the port. Also there is a tourist information center, a metro station (can be used to reach even the distant places of the city ), main public transportation bus stops (buses going to all routes of major settlements) and direct airport shuttle last stop (to Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) and new Istanbul (IST) airports) just close to the pier. Guest access A complete home/ flat will be allocated to guests during their stay. Other things to note The guests are requested to inform a rough estimation about their check in time. So that the housekeeper will be present there at that time in order to welcome the guests, hand over the home's keys and make an introduction of the Home.
