F22 // the SoHo of Frankfurt :-)

Don't want to stay in over-priced anonymous hotel rooms in Frankfurt? Come to the trendy and vibrating Offenbach - the cooler Frankfurt. :-) Stay at our shared co-working place, where we usually spend our time painting, developing pictures and creating. Less than 30 minutes commute to the Frankfurt fair, airport or main station door-to-door and only three minutes by foot to Wilhelmsplatz - one of the best places in Hessen for bars and restaurants by night and organic farmer's market by day. The space The main bedroom with a queen size bed (1,4x2m) and two lockers faces the tranquil garden. The living room with open kitchen that can be used as a second bedroom including an extendable couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you might need including fridge, stove, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. The apartment includes a full bathroom with bathtub and sink with mirror. Both, kitchen and bathroom are part of the apartment, which is only accessible by you as a guest. Good Wifi in all rooms. We have a garden that we share with the other tenants (3 couples, 1 child) and you are invited to use it as well. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the terrace or relax in the grass. The apartment is located on a one way residential street that won’t keep you up at night. The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years of age due to safety reasons. We have to ask you not to celebrate any parties in the apartment, rather go out and enjoy the bar and restaurant scene nearby. Great place to attend fairs at Frankfurt and Offenbach fair (the hip and cool alternative to Frankfurt) or for a stop-over in Frankfurt. Guest access We usually use the apartment to be creative: painting, sewing, developing pictures from film. Therefore two rooms of the 4-room-apartment are not accessible for the guest. We do not use the apartment during your stay. You will have it all to yourself. You can use the bedroom, kitchen and dining room, bathroom and living room as well as the garden (which is shared with the other tenants). We have to ask you to smoke only outside please.
