3 bedroom comfortable family home, with cat, in a quiet road in zone 2. Please note that this is our lived in family home and not a dedicated rental property. 10 minutes walk to New Cross or Brockley stations (5 minutes to London Bridge, 10 minutes to Cannon Street, 15 minutes to Shoreditch). Greenwich also easily accessible by bus (30 minutes). Loads of great pubs and cafes within easy walking distance. Suitable for a family with children. Max number of adults that can be accommodated is 3. The space Upstairs there are two double bedrooms; one with a double bed, and the other with children’s bunk beds. In the single bedroom there is a comfortable single sofa bed. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs there is a living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with dining table and five chairs, with double doors leading out into the garden. There is WiFi access in the house. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen applicances and cooking supplies. Beds will be made up. Towels, bed sheets, pillows, soap, washing powder, dishwasher tablets will be provided. If you have very young children we can fit our stair gate at the top of the stairs. We live here with young children, and your children are welcome to use their toys and books. There is free on street parking on our road. ***Please note that we have two cats that we would ask you to feed once per day. They keep themselves to themselves and you may not see much of them. Other things to note Our family cat will be in the property during your stay, and we would ask that you kindly feed him once a day. he is very friendly and docile.
