Single storey apartment of 35m² comprising: living room with sofa bed, fitted kitchen, bedroom with double bed (sheets and towels not included) bathroom with shower . south-facing terrace 30m2, entrance on garden side of 70m2 and shed, 2 bicycles, private access to the beach.
