Explore an array of percussion instruments readily available to release any blocks or pent-up emotion. Express yourself freely and joyously. Missy guides and facilitates to bring out your inner musician and break out of your shell with movement and sound. #3. Unwind to a “Soul Immersion Music Meditation” session: This is a peaceful live concert grand piano soundscape. Custom-made for deep relaxation as you drift naturally to a higher vibration and connect to the deep, authentic you. These musical experiences are an extra cost: $125 each.
