The space Designed to accommodate 10 people and their pets with: - 1 bedroom with double bed with TV, 160 cm bed, dressing room and desk - 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and dressing room -1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, dressing room and adjoining toilet with an extra sink. - 1 bedroom with two bunk beds and a dressing room all provided with duvets, duvet covers, pillows and sheets for an additional contribution of 10 euros per bed and per stay. - 1 large kitchen/dining room with American fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as everything you need to cook good dishes and have gourmet breakfasts. - Modern and bright bathroom with walk-in shower and large mirror. -1 large relaxation room that offers a free space of 30 m2, perfect for a playroom for children, an evening to dance, or to do sports, yoga, stretching... - A 20 m2 wooden terrace where you will enjoy relaxing after days at the beach. The house is still being renovated and offers quality services: - 2 large "Smart TV" TVs with sound bar and subwoofers - Samsung American refrigerator - Weber BBQ - WIFI throughout the house, self-service - Almost new equipment and furniture!! The bike path that passes in front of the house will allow you to connect the port and the center of Saint Gilles as well as all the beaches (large beach of Saint Gilles, beach of Boisvinet, beach of Sion...) in 10 minutes by bike. Booking for a period of one week (from Saturday to the following Saturday from 2 p.m.) allow one hour on arrival for the quick inspection of the premises and explanations of uses over a refreshment.) No access to the garage but parking for two vehicles on the land in front of the house (note, no gate but enclosed land at the back). Guest access The entire house, apart from the garage and the back kitchen, is available for guest use as well as the large enclosed plot.
