Our Hampton’s inspired beach home is light, bright and perfectly set up for families or groups. Ideal for summer with a saltwater pool & plenty of outdoor entertaining areas or to cosy up in winter in front of the log fire. Ample off street parking, a secure backyard where small pets are welcome, and a flat five minute stroll to the serene beach and local services. Surrounded by beautiful native bushland and bird song, it's a special place to relax & create memories. The space The house is newly renovated, spacious & a perfect entertainer. The layout is ideal for families with 3 bedrooms and main modern bathroom upstairs and a queen bedroom, full bathroom and laundry downstairs plus a kids retreat offering table tennis, toys & gaming consoles. There is an extra double fold out sofa in the rumpus. The rumpus opens up to the pool area. Upstairs is a modern fully equiped kitchen with a large dining area and comfy lounge with fireplace. Both sides of the living areas open up to large comfortable deck spaces, that overlook the gardens and the serenity of the bushland surrounding. Guest access The owners will be contactable at any time during your stay if needed, however the house is newly renovated and stocked with everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay. Bath towels and bedding are provided. Other things to note Unfortunately we do not accommodate end of season sports trips, school leavers, hens or bucks weekends due to the quiet nature of the neighbourhood.
