The space Originally built around 1850, the house was completely renovated in 2012, adding contemporary features while maintaining its historic charm. There are stunning views from nearly every room, including the ultramodern kitchen with state of the art stainless appliances as well as quartz countertops. Three outdoor decks, two open and one covered, offer breathtaking views of the lake, loons and Mt. Washington. There is a separate private dock for mooring your boat or if you choose to rent one from one of the many local marinas. A barn/garage was added in 2015.
