Relax on quiet Long Lake in Port Orchard, Washington. This house was fully remodeled in 2020. The lake is motor friendly! Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards and floating devices! There is a public boat launch across the lake. Fish are active in the lake. Bring fishing poles and eat what you catch. The lake is swim friendly. A huge deck with a seating area to watch the sunset. Build a real campfire and roast smores. A 2 bedroom lake house is ready for an adult weekend getaway! Leave the city life and RELAX on the lake! (Not child proof). Large deck with patio furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset or coffee in the mornings. The deck has beautiful flowers planted in the spring. Feel free to help water them on the extra warm days. The house is very comfortable for 4 people. There is limited room for an air-mattress (not provided). We are on a septic system. This means there is no garbage disposal. All grease and food debris should be tossed in the garbage. The lawn is more than large enough to pitch a few tents. There is still a charge per person for the added wear and tear on the home and septic system. There is a gas BBQ grill included for use. Walmart delivers groceries for a $10.00 fee. The property is shy of half an acre with a private dock and a huge deck! Occasionally seaplanes fly-out from our private hanger! Build a campfire and roast smores on the lake! There is plenty of parking to park several vehicles or a boat trailer. I'm usually available. This is my personal vacation home. I live an hour away. My brother and his family live next door and can help in an emergency. Port Orchard is very quiet and has a small town feel. Plenty of grocery stores and a few restaurants! Plan on relaxing on the lake and preparing a few of your own meals! Of course pizza can be delivered. Public transportation is not really an option. There isn't a lot to do in Port Orchard. There are cute shops downtown, and many more in Gig Harbor. Gig Harbor has more dining and shopping options for those who wants a little more city life. In order to keep the price low, Kayak and paddle boards are not included in the listed price. My sister-in-law Rachel is willing to rent her kayaks for an additional fee. 2 Kayaks, 2 paddles and 2 life jackets for the duration of your stay.
