The space The building is an old building (late nineteenth century) and so it is not a modern apartment. Please note that it doesn't have a washing machine or dishwasher. However, it does have good views of the waterway and is very well located close to Neyland Marina with its cafe, restaurant and lovely cycle path. It is also walking distance from the shops and launderette and right next to the bus stop. The county town is just 5 miles away. There is free wifi in the apartment, Sky TV and a desk with working space. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment. Other things to note We don't live at the property but we are close by and will be happy to interact with guests as much as they would like.
