The house is divided into 2 units, The ground floor is occupied by the owners, and the 1st floor is the cottage: an apartment that can be rented with 1 bedroom for 2 people (the Romantic bedroom) or for 4 people with the Napoleon III bedroom as well. Different rates depending on your choice. The space Great for a stay with colleagues, family or friends, the cottage is available for rent all year round, so you can make the most of exploring Southern Burgundy. 🍇🌞 The unit is located on the first floor of the house. The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with toilet, a washing machine/dryer, a walk-in closet, and 2 spacious bedrooms with a nice view of the countryside. 🍃 The accommodation is equipped with fiber internet connection, perfect for a business stay in the countryside. The environment is conducive to relaxation and tranquility. The outdoor areas will win you over with the pool and relaxation areas, Besides, the sunsets are beautiful. 🌅 Guest access Guests have access to the cottage as well as the outdoor areas reserved for them: garden, pool and adjoining meadow (unless used for animals). Parking is also available on the property. The owners live in a separate part of the house. No access for people with limited mobility.
