The walls are finished with refurbished pine and feature refurbished wormy chestnut furniture. The shower features river rock flooring. The space The Cove at Fairview has many wonderful amenities. There is a gas grill as well a hot tub at this house. Enjoy Koi Ponds, which features a small waterfalls Lotus flowers and Koi Fish. Visit our three horses and two miniature donkeys – they always love carrots. Hens can be viewed in their chicken yard and we provide farm fresh eggs to our guests. Flower Hill is located beside the barn and features wildflowers, a picnic table, and hammocks. The Cove at Fairview is located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House. We are only 10 minutes to The Blue Ridge Parkway and 18 mountain miles to Lake Lure. Guest access Relax in the serenity of nature. All of our houses feature private outdoor seating, grills, and hot tubs. Guests enjoy feeding our three horses (Captain, Bell, & Taino) carrots at the fence. The antics of our two miniature donkeys (Petunia and Buttercup) are a joy to watch. View the hens in their yard. We have multiple different breeds of hens. We provide fresh eggs in your rental home. Flower Hill is next to the barn and features seasonal flowers and a peaceful view. There are two hammocks and a swing. My Roundette features a private garden with a wrought iron swing. Koi Pond features a small waterfall, a water fountain, Lotus flowers, and Koi Fish. In warmer months, our guests enjoy feeding the Koi Fish. Our property is beautifully landscaped including some native plants such as Flame Azaleas. Other things to note We also have an electric charging station.
