There's a local shopping centre just around the corner and lovely park down the road. The CBD is 8mins drive away and the beautiful beaches and cafes of Mt Maunganui around 15mins drive. The space The 55m2 apartment is seperate from the main dwelling, having been built above the hosts double garage. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 by utilising the double sofa bed in the lounge. (NB: Nightly rate is for 2 people using existing queen bed, there will be an extra charge if the sofa bed is required). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hobs, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, microwave and dishwasher. The spacious bathroom with double sink also hosts a full sized washing machine. Guest access You will have your own access to the apartment via a key in the lockbox. There is free off-street parking for your vehicle. The apartment has a nice elevated deck for your exclusive use. Unlimited broadband ultrafast WiFi is also provided.
