The River House, Vintage Cape Cod on the Columbia.

Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus a large living room that has two sitting area for tv and one for the views.   There are two outside sitting area  that have views of Astoria and Washington maritime activities.    I have posted a map of a small The space My favorite things at the River House are, it sits on an acre of land. The value is in privacy, view, space and sleeps 13 not including the sofa. The home is for larger groups. In front of home is the Warrenton river walk, great for seeing up and down the river. I love the outdoor seating areas and outdoor shower. You will enjoy the living room views of the narrow shipping channel that runs in front of home, the ships get close! The home is still boasting its original vintage flair and I get a kick out of the remarks it gets. After your beach visit please feel free to use towels in laundry room and the outdoor shower. Please no shoes in house. This is a big property and it comes with a lot of sand. There is a fireplace that we ask you not to use. We are converting to gas soon. Your welcome to the laundry room, directions are on the washer and dryer. Keep in mind its vintage with its original wallpaper and lighting. Keep your eyes out for the wildlife like elk, deer, bald eagles and sometimes whales. Fort Stevens State Park 2.6 miles, Astoria 8.1 miles away and Seaside 14.8 miles. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy. Garage is not available for use. There is 2 parking areas, one in front of house and the other down the driveway. Second area can park a small boat or several cars on grass. You will have a furnished kitchen and a coffee pod machine, a standard coffee machine in cupboards or a coffee press so bring your pods or coffee. There will be an outside charcoal BBQ for you. Remember to let me know how many guest are coming, Please no red drinks on rugs, my pricing reflects 13 guest, sorry I don't have pricing for 2. No Pets- the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. You will not be using space at the same time.
