This 674 sq. ft. bright and modern basement guest suite is perfect for short- and long-term guests, with a well-appointed kitchen and ample space for truly settling in. The space We love diversity; all are welcome here! Business license: #11697 Guest access Guests will have access to the basement guest suite and laundry room (use of which requires owner approval). Guests have access to the entire guest suite, the shared laundry room (use of which requires owner approval), the backyard of the 1/4 acre lot, and one (1) off-street parking space. Other things to note This may not be the ideal Airbnb for you if you are allergic to cats; I have three, and they occasionally go into the basement laundry room (although we work hard to prevent this while guests are here); they do also, on occasion, go in The Nest (although not after a cleaning has occurred). Additionally, there is a catio located on the back patio, directly adjacent to the entrance to The Nest. If an early check-in is requested by the guest(s) and confirmed by the host, an early check-in fee of $25 will be charged to the guest(s). If a late check-out is requested by the guest(s) PRIOR to the standard 11:00 AM check-out time and confirmed by the host, a $25/hour fee will be charged to the guest(s). If guest(s) check out later than 11:00 AM, and do not have approval for a late check-out, they may be charged for an extra night. Although there is not air conditioning in The Nest, we do provide a Dyson Pure Cool air purifying tower fan and another floor fan. And given that it is a basement apartment, even on hot days it stays quite a bit cooler than the rest of the house. One thing to note: the guest suite is located in a daylight basement; guests do have to be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs, which are slightly more steep than the average staircase. There is a sturdy railing to provide support.
