Two peaceful rooms available under separate listings, This listing offers 'The Sunset Room' provides a very peaceful double bedroom on the first floor, overlooking the back garden. This room boasts beautiful natural light, a large modern streamline desk with storage for admin or anything else, a chair and clothes storage furnishings. Comfortable bed, good selection of pillows, two sets of bed linen and towels. On the same floors there's a nicely spacious bathroom with a new shower & WC, a personal space for your bathroom items. Enjoy a lovely sunny dining/kitchen area, leading onto a (hopefully sunny) back garden, a sun trap to soak up the morning sunshine, listen to the birds, have a stretch and enjoy a fresh coffee or tea, before starting your day. I'm pleased for you to provide your own breakfast items and cook a meal, a space in the fridge and food cupboard space are provided. A washing machine provided for long staying guests in residence for a week or longer, use for everyday clothing items once a week, free of charge. Further excessive use, requires a payment of £5.00 per load will be payable, detergent inc . During your stay Often available to help with questions and queries other times i may be away, but a family member will be around to answer most questions. I like to try and meet the guest where they are, so if you would like to talk or need help then I'll try to accommodate that, but if you like space then you'll get that too. I like my guests to at least say hi and bye when entering and leaving and the odd little chat if your a long stay guest, it makes for a friendly atmosphere, where we can all feel relaxed with each other. Other things to note I am flexible regarding time of arrivals, that can be agreed upon in advance on an individual need basis. All I ask is that you keep me posted and give notice and clear communication. I request that guests Do Not use perfumed/scented personal hygiene and Cosmetic Products as I have an allergy to them. Apparently many people are developing a reaction to these products now, as they contain toxic chemicals (worth knowing). If you need help with this I can arrange odour free alternatives.
