Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely. The space The kitchen part of the studio is well equipped for basic cooking! There is a doule bed of 1,40meter and a sleeping couch to open up, (optional)!In fact it is just as much a working place than it is a cosy place to spent a beautiful time in Berlin. To the house belongs a pretty little garden where you can stay, relax, read or have a meal in the open space. There is everything you need to spend a nice time. Since it is such a quiet oasis there are not parties allowed, repecting the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. Guest access There is only the main room (studio apartment)!
