This listing consists of 2 apartments, one below the other, with separate entrances (one with 45m2 with a terrace of 40m2 and another duplex with 75m2). Apartments are new, modernly equipped, located 10m from the sea in a new villa. You can use 4 sun loungers (2 on the beach, 2 on the terrace) + 2 sunbeds on the privet land (3m from the sea) and a garage (up to 2 vehicles) free of charge. There is a quiet (walking distance) beach bars and restaurants and a shop (Batan). The space Bed dimensions: - 180 cm (2x90conneced) x 2 pcs, 160 cm x 1 pc, 140 cm x 2 pc, sofa bed x 3 pcs. If necessary, with prior notice, we can install a cot for a baby. Guests may use 6 sun loungers - 2 on the beach, 2 on the terrace, and 2 sun beds on the plot of land (3m from the sea), a barbecue, a garage for a 2 cars, and a terrace of 40m2 free of charge. The entrance to the sea is gentle, gradual and there are no urchins on the beach in front of the house, If you have a boat and with prior notice, you can use the boat buoy in front of the house (if available), free of charge.
