Other things to note Guests must sign a residency acknowledgment and provide a valid state or govt issued photo ID after booking is accepted to complete the reservation. Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning, odor removal, and potential disruption to future guests. This fee may increase depending on the severity of the damage. Emergency Exit: The back door leads to a private yard and is not for guest use. However, it may be used as an emergency exit if needed.
