Welcome to "Les Bruyères"! Family property by the sea. This small hamlet is located 600 meters from the coast on the cliffs, and 5 minutes from the village center and beaches. The property is an old farmhouse renovated into a charming cottage. It is spacious, 280 m² on two levels, 5 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, a beautiful living space, a large fitted and equipped kitchen. All in a garden of about 1 hectare. The space This brick and flint property dates back to 1776. For a very long time it was the farm of the castle of Empress Sissi. It has been rehabilitated by the owners, architects and designers, making it unique. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Its geographical location is ideal, located between the Petites and Grandes Dalles, the beaches are accessible by a path from the property about 600 meters. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for 8 adults maximum + 2 young children. Other things to note - the cleaning fee includes cleaning and the provision of bed linen and towels on the basis of a double bed for two people.
