Welcome to "Les Bruyères"! Family property by the sea. This small hamlet is located 600 meters from the coast on the cliffs, and 5 minutes from the village center and beaches. The property is an old farmhouse renovated into a charming cottage. It is spacious, 280 m² on two levels, 5 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, a beautiful living space, a large fitted and equipped kitchen. All in a garden of about 1 hectare. The space This brick and flint property dates back to 1776. For a very long time it was the farm of the castle of Empress Sissi. It has been rehabilitated by the owners, architects and designers, making it unique. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Its geographical location is ideal, located between the Petites and Grandes Dalles, the beaches are accessible by a path from the property about 600 meters. Guest access On the ground floor: - dining room with fireplace. - double living room with fireplace. - large fitted and equipped kitchen. - Laundry room with washer and dryer. - bedroom 1 (double bed 140 x 200) with bathroom. - Separate toilet. Upstairs: - bedroom 2 (double bed 140 x 200) with shower room/toilet. - bedroom 3 (bunk beds (90 x 200) only for children under 10 years old - 30 kg with shower room/toilet. - bedroom 4 (double bed 140 x 200) with shower room/toilet. - bedroom 5 (1 double bed 180 x 200) with bathroom/toilet. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for 8 adults maximum + 2 young children. Other things to note - The cleaning fee includes cleaning (€149 incl. tax) and the provision of bed linen and towels on the basis of a double bed for two people (€11 incl. tax). Then, bed linen is charged per "additional person" (€6 incl. tax). Professional laundry for impeccable hygiene. - no pets allowed. - parties are not allowed. - no smoking allowed. - please wash the dishes and put them away before you leave. - Please gather the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and the sheets at the foot of the bed on the day of your departure. - please take out the garbage before you leave. At the entrance to the property, a gray container and a yellow container for selective sorting. For glass, a container is available to guests in front of the soccer field, 3 minutes away by car. - for heating, please avoid overheating the accommodation, or consider lowering it during your outings.
