Beautiful and unique guildford home with a stunning pool, only a couple doors down from the guildford general store and the guildford family hotel (pub). One part of the house is a historic 1860's building, the home easily fits several families and with two courtyard areas you can follow the sun around the house all day. Only a 10 min drive to castlemaine and 15 mins to daylesford. The space This renovated home has 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds. The stand alone unit comes with an ensuite. The home has two courtyard areas outside as well as an amazing pool area. Inside there is a fabulous large wood fire inside which heats the entire living area. Each bedroom also has a heater for the cooler months. Outside follow the sun into different courtyards or chillax by the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property including outdoor fire pit, and plenty of space to watch the stars out in the back paddock. Other things to note Axe - in the laundry (chopping block near arch) Freezer (if needed) is in the fridge in the studio only. You will need to turn the fridge on in the studio (the main house has fridge only). Tennis courts are available and we have racquets and balls at the door!
