Quiet Retreat- 25 mins to SARATOGA

A charmingly simple yet elegant room . The room has amazingly beautiful views of the rural 3 1/2 acre yard and country side.Comfortable queen size bed with providing firmness and comfort . Quiet home in horse and farming community. We now have a 16 pound Italian Greyhound Beagle mix at the home. He may bark a bit when you first arrive because he just wants to be petted. There is no food aroundeating allowed in the bedroom please. The space The room is a peaceful and simple setting for total relaxation and has a shared large bath. Washer Dryer use is fee based at $3.50 per wash and $3.50 per dry and limited to guests with stays of 10 days or more please. Guest access Included is access to the living room, dining room, deck, pool, yard and all of the nature you want. Guest staying for 7 days or more may use the kitchen for simple meal preperations and have limited fridge and freezer space.Thete is no eating in the bedrooms please. During your stay I can interact as much or little as guests require Other things to note This room is close to everything yet in a quiet rural beautiful setting. It is only about 20 minutes to Global Foundries and about 25 minutes to Saratoga Springs, 8 minutes to Glenville all by using traffic free scenic back roads locals would use.
