The space We have four charming guest suites, each sleeps 3 or 4 adults. Each suite has its own bath. One has a wood fireplace, the rest have electric stoves. Guest access Guests have full access to the large living room and dining room on the first floor. We have two acres of frontage on the Battenkill River, perfect for picnics, lawn games swimming and fishing. Canoes are available for guest use.
