Gîte in the countryside, quiet. Ideally located 3 minutes from exit 31 of the A84 (30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, 12 minutes from the Bois Guy golf course, 15 minutes from Fougères and 35 minutes from Rennes). The Gîte du Fresne can accommodate up to 13 people and 2 babies. (see description of the rooms). Private outdoor Jacuzzi (open year-round, 5 people, SHORTS PROHIBITED), indoor sauna for 2 people available year-round. Pétanque area common to both cottages The space Ideally located 3 km from exit 31 of the A84, the house is in the countryside and quiet. Quick and easy access to Mont Saint-Michel. 2 seater indoor sauna, 5-person outdoor spa open all year. Accommodation adjoining our home on one side and another cottage on the other. The accommodation and garden are fully private to your reservation. Only the parking lot and the bocce court are common. Parking under video surveillance The accommodation consists on the ground floor of a living room open to an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes). Direct access to a private garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, spa. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 2 independent toilets, two shower rooms including one with sauna and a laundry room (washing machine, ironing table, steamer) bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 + 1 seater sofa bed Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140 Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160 + crib Bedroom 4: 2 single bunk beds + single sofa bed Bedroom 5: 1 double bed 160 (possibility of adding 1 extra bed) Fully equipped accommodation for the little ones: changing table, potty, deckchair, high chair, children's cutlery... The stay does NOT include meals and consumables (toilet paper, charcoal, shower gel, coffee, etc...) PROHIBITED PARTIES Cleaning FEES correspond to the provision of bed linen, towels and exit cleaning. However, it is your responsibility to return the accommodation CLEAN AND TIDY.
