Welcome to The Beach House! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! It's a fabulous, very spacious villa - on a beautiful private sandy stretch of beach on the Long Island Sound. Just 54 miles drive from (or to) Manhattan. The space This property's cul-de-sac location at the north end of gorgeous Nissequogue provides a feeling of being surrounded by nature, and affords a feeling of privacy and peace of mind. Nissequogue and its nearby villages - including Stony Brook, Port Jefferson, and St. James - are a wonderful, special part of Long Island, with an abundance of natural beauty, great restaurants, nature reserves and hiking. Our house is a 1-minute drive to Smithtown's Long Beach public marina and boat ramps (where you can launch your motorboat or sailboat from your trailer), and the town beach which has lifeguards and windsurfing classes. This is an ideal property for a single family and their guests. (As per village rules, no "shared" rentals.) We cannot host weddings. Please note that the primary guest will need to sign our Rental Agreement, which is just a set of reasonable rules, including: A maximum of 12 daytime and 10 overnight guests; one dog is permitted; smoking isn't permitted inside the house.
