Designer 3-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms that sleeps 6 very comfortably. Located in the charming Noga Quarter, the apartment is 5 minutes from the beach and close to many amazing areas including Jaffa port, Shuk HaPishpeshim, The American Colony and Neve Tzedek. The space The building entryway has 5 steps up to an elevator making our 4th-floor apartment easily accessible. After the quick and easy self-check-in you are greeted with an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living space with custom-built cabinetry. High ceilings throughout the apartment and 6 balcony doors allow for a flood of natural light and cooling cross breezes. There are 3 separate bedrooms for all guests to have privacy; two rooms have a queen-sized bed and an office with a single bed that opens to a queen bed. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep cool and the entire apartment has A/C for those hot days. The office also includes a desk and chair for a designated workspace and a library for a little relaxing read. The apartment has a long balcony facing west towards the Mediterranean furnished with seating to watch the most beautiful sunsets. Guest access Tel Aviv has great public transport and our home is close to bus stops for multiple lines, as well as electric scooters (Lime, Wind, Bird) and taxis are always available 24/7. Other things to note Please note that ONLY Israeli citizens who are not tourists will be required to pay upon arrival the local Israeli VAT tax (17%) which is not included in the total price. All tourists are exempt from paying this tax and will only be required to provide a copy of their passports.
