Located only 5km from the city centre, it is a 2 minute walk from a cafe and local stores and in a nice neighbourhood. Off street parking is available by the studio. Please note, this is a studio. There isn't a separate bedroom. The space Situated on a large suburban property, the studio is separate from the main house where we live. It is easy to relax surrounded by a beautiful garden with native bird life which you are welcome to explore. Guest access Feel free to explore garden, use the trampoline and basketball hoop.
