The space My 30m2 flat ( 323 sq feet) flat is located in the heart of Paris, in the very center, right near the Canal Saint Martin : 1 minute from the Canal Saint Martin 2 minutes from the metro station (Jacques Bonsergent/ République) and the bike station 15 minutes walking from Le Marais 20 minutes walking or biking from Le Louvre museum 15 minutes of metro from Montmartre 15 minutes walking to Beaubourg- Centre Georges Pompidou 20 minutes biking from Galeries LaFayette etc... Guests will have the whole place for themselves during their stay. The neighbourhood is one of the trendiest in Paris : many hipster bars, numerous fancy and cheap restaurants of all kinds, concerts bars, nice shops, créateurs boutiques, organic food market places, winery stores, etc. The place is very safe. I will let you know about all the fancy and cheap things to do around, where to eat and drink, everything you need to enjoy your stay here. We wrote ten pages of tips for you! My apartment is (as you can see it is located in an ancient attic) very cosy and not expensive. The mansard roof gives all its charms to the place. We feel very good here, it is very cosy and functional. Perfect for a couple or a single. We have a nice view on the rooftops and the "Sacré Coeur". The kitchen is open on the living room because there is only one room WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, sound system, oven, etc. Clean sheets and towels. If you like to ride bicycles like Parisians do, some "velib'" are at your disposal near the building. 6th floor but no elevator (small levels) .
