Beautiful condo on the fifth floor. Balcony overlooks the ocean for a great view. There are two pools, one on both sides of the complex. Excellent tennis courts and a fun community room with a pool table and other leisure activities. Parking is right in front and very convenient. Easy access to grocery stores and shops. Great restaurants and nightlife very close, some in walking distance! Other things to note Renting is only allowed for one month minimum. The base price of $2,500 is for the whole month. Renting has to start on the first of each month and the guests have to be out on the last day of each month.
