Rustic-chic Cabin on Skagit River

Welcome to our riverfront cabin on the high bank of the Skagit River. Our cabin is an easy and beautiful 40 minute drive from I-5 and just across the river from the cute small town of Concrete. Come get away from the city and relax on a private wooded 1/3 acre lot and an expertly updated home that includes live-edge countertops, new plank floors, a full size bathroom with updated flooring and penny-tile shower, and an oversized deck to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river. The space You will have the entire cabin to yourself. There is one bedroom (connected with the main living area) with a queen size bed, a living area with couch and Roku enabled TV, one full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with all main appliances, and a loft (accessible by built-in ladder) which has two twin size beds (XL length). The loft also has its ownTV with Roku for streaming, making it a fun hangout spot for big kids and teens. Enjoy the 1/3 acre private lot to build campfires, play lawn games, or even set up a tent and sleep outside. Please note that the cabin does not have cable TV but does have WiFi and a Roku streaming stick, which you can use to stream shows. We also have a small selection of DVDs available for you. Guest access The property has a gate which will be locked with a combination style lock - the combo code will be provided to you prior to your check-in. The key to the front door will be in a lock box with separate code. Other things to note Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is noon.
