The attic is dedicated to relaxation with a sofa bed, games (table soccer, air hockey, table tennis), books, second bathroom with shower and terrace for barbecue and sunbathing. The space The Conte Holiday Home is at your complete disposal, it is not shared with other guests. The house is spread across two floors connected by comfortable stairs. On the first floor (75 sqm) you will find two cozy bedrooms: • The larger room has a double bed, a single bed and a crib, as well as a closet with pillows, blankets and hangers and a balcony and towels. • The second bedroom is furnished with a full bed and a closet with blankets and hangers. The floor is completed by a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (pots, dishes, basic ingredients for breakfast or cooking) and a modern bathroom with shower. Trash cans are on the balcony. The walk-in closet in the lobby is a storage room reserved for the host and is closed. The third floor is an attic of the same size (75 sqm), conceived as a space dedicated to relaxation and entertainment. Here you can relax on a large corner sofa bed, have fun with games like ping pong, table soccer and air hockey, or immerse yourself in reading one of our many books. The attic also has a second bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a terrace perfect for barbecues and sunbathing. For maximum flexibility, we offer self check-in via a lockbox with house keys. Guest access Guests have full access to all the rooms in the house, and can freely use all the spaces available to them.
