Apartment of approximately 80 m2 with an enchanting 180° sea view, carefully equipped and furnished to offer you the feeling of truly being at home. The spaces are large, bright and divided into: two bedrooms, kitchen with living area, complete bathroom, service bathroom, furnished terrace. Villa Bellavista is the ideal place both to enjoy the sun and the sea and to discover the many beauties of the Cilento National Park. The space Villa Bellavista stands on the hill overlooking the port of Marina di Casal Velino, in a panoramic position, and includes 5 rented apartments, making it ideal for small groups or large families. This apartment is located on floor -1 compared to street level, to reach it you need to go down a flight of stairs. The window of the living area and the balcony of the double bedroom overlook the sea side; the bathrooms are blind, the bathroom with shower is equipped with a fan for ventilation. The beach below is free and sandy, however there is a kiosk that offers catering and rental of umbrellas and sunbeds for those who wish. In the summer months it can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a path/stairway that leads directly from the property to the sea (and to the town centre). Compared to the street level, the difference in height is comparable to approximately 5 floors of stairs. The center of Marina di Casal Velino and the main services are about 800 m away along the provincial road, a few minutes either by car or on foot (it has a pavement and is lit at night). Our small village is home to several restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops, as well as a children's playground and other entertainment activities. In the same radius of action you will also find a post office, bank, pharmacy, petrol station, church, tobacconist, bike/car rental, barber, hairdresser, grocery store.
