You will find to welcome you a large green lawn, as well as an outdoor shower that you can use even after returning from the beach, private parking for your cars, and a barbecue. Other things to note The villa is a duplex, and additional guests could stay in the adjoining apartment. The laundry facilities, garden and patio are shared spaces.
