It features: * a large bedroom with comfortable double bed, storage, mirror and small desk with Wi-Fi access * a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, dishes, oven, hob, host, fridge, table and chairs * a lounge area with sofa and TV (Prime Video, Netflix) * a private bathroom with shower, storage cabinet, mirror and toilet * a washing machine ⚠️ Beds: The accommodation has a double bed and a small sofa bed in the kitchen. It is therefore suitable for a couple or up to 3 travellers maximum (addition of a folding bed possible, on request) A cot can be provided on prior request. The windows face the garden, guaranteeing peace and quiet. The accommodation is carefully cleaned, aired and prepared between guests. With its 35 m² surface area, the studio is also suitable for stays of several days, with enough space to live, work and rest. Guest access The apartment is independently accessible inside a large house. It is located upstairs and faces the garden, which guarantees a calm and quiet atmosphere. The "Eurotéléport" station (metro and tram serving Roubaix and Lille stations) is about a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop (line 8) is located just 20 metres away. Lime self-service scooter and bike stations are available in the immediate vicinity. A cycle route along the renovated canal is very close to the house, ideal for gentle trips and walks or bike rides, with possible routes to neighbouring towns. Access to the main roads to Lille, Belgium or Paris is fast. Free parking spaces are available on the boulevard (and in the nearby commercial car park at night). Please bring your pet's bedding and bowl if possible (or let us know if you need us to provide them). The Roubaix canal, located in the immediate vicinity, has been rehabilitated and offers a pleasant setting for walks or bike rides. The cycle route makes it easy to reach the neighbouring districts, and is also ideal for walks with pets.
