Dental Rental - Sun Burst Cottage

The Sunburst is in a wonderful location, very close to Center Street, local grocery store Bert's, Chico Feo and a short one block walk to the beach. It has a private entrance with outdoor porches on both floors. The property is shared with our Spa bungalow and unique dental office which are connected by a wooden walkway surrounded by lush greenery, oak, trees, plants and flowers. Parking is onsite for one vehicle only. Paid parking options are available next door. This spot is a guest Favor The space The Sunburst is privately connected to the front of my dental office. The space is very private even though so close to all that Folly has to offer. Currently, there is one queen bedroom upstairs and a Murphy queen bed downstairs along with a couch. Both have their own bathrooms as well. Guest access Check in information will be sent via text message on the morning of arrival. Other things to note No smoking inside, parties, or events Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 11AM Self-check-in with keypad
