The Living area,Dining area,"Dirty Kitchen" are a shared areas for all the guests in the house unit. During your stay Guests are encourage to get in touch with the hosts' caretakers if their help is needed. Host will try their best to help and satisfy their needs. Other things to note Please take note the every big private room has its own private toilet( with bath tub/cold & hot shower), its own balcony and built in closet. Please also take note that the posted bedroom price is 800 peso for 1st guest, 1 night stay. Additional guest is extra 300 peso for 2nd, 3rd,4th, 5th guest for 1 night stay. Please note that if 2 beds are not available, we will provide extra mattresses with full beddings on the floor to cater for extra guests. Kitchen usage with full cooking utensils is free of charge In house and 2 gated garages are available on the 1st come first serve basis.
