The space There is private patio in the front with a stylish and comfortable outdoor lounge and dining area. The 2 bedroom house (two king beds) has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with views that can't be beat. The house has one half bath, and one full bath with attached outdoor shower. Each room offers perfect views of the vast desert landscape, and abundant natural light. The house sits on 10 beautiful acres, with a pool for the hot summer days and hot tub for a night of relaxing and star gazing. Joshua Tree National Park entrance is 15 minutes away. In the artists' community of Joshua Tree, you can also explore the galleries and shops and grab a bite to eat. Please feel free to ask us for suggestions for special trips, from rock climbing, trail riding, guided hikes and night sky viewing venues to massage, yoga, and spa treatments. • DEPOSIT We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! Our private chef is simply the best and she can cater that whatever your specific food needs would be. Please inquire with us and we can introduce you to her. Guest access You will be sent access information the day of your arrival. Any questions or problems, feel free to contact us. Guests have access to the entire house, 10 acre grounds, pool and hot tub. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • POOL UMBRELLA The pool umbrella is not available at this time. The winds can be very strong at times and it kept getting broken. There is a shade structure to lounge around in next to the pool, but there wont be an umbrella for shade while you are inside the and using the pool. • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is on about 5 miles of dirt roads. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. Please drive with caution and arrive before nightfall when possible. • POOL Currently, the pool is NOT heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s. • WIFI Please note the wifi may be spotty at times due to the remote location of the home. • PROPERTY The house sits on a shared 10 acre lot. You probably won’t see anyone while you’re there and the amenities are not shared but you may see people walking to and from their car to the cabin as they’re continuing on with their day. Book the entire compound all to yourself for maximum privacy please look up Constellation Compound on Airbnb. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • WASHER/DRYER House has a washer and dryer available to guests that are staying with us for an extended period of 3 or more days. If you are traveling with an infant or young children please let us know and we will give you access to the laundry room. • HOT TUB and POOL - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
