The space This stone built house is on the Parrog in Newport right on the sea wall. It has wonderful views over Newport bay to Morfa head. Newport town has gained a reputation for great places to eat out, a famous health food shop and great pubs as well as a full range of shops. There is a pretty and well kept garden to the rear of the house which is ideal for Al-fresco summer lunch times.​ Up to two dogs allowed. Sleeps 8 in 3 double and one twin room over 3 floors. 2 bathrooms and a shower room. The spacious living room has great views over the Estuary. At the rear of the house is a large kitchen dining area. There is also a more formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The side door gives access to a useful boot room with extra fridge space and clothes washer and dryer. The house is always accessible along the coastal path 100 meters from the Parrog car park. At low tide it is possible to get vehicles onto the beach to access the property via the slip way. Please note this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. ​Remember not to leave cars on the beach- you have been warned! Check the tide! Initial logs supplied and honesty box for further logs used. Kitchen & Dining Well laid out kitchen area with all necessary appliances and a well stocked larder cupboard for your use. Gas and electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric twin oven and fridge. There is ample seating around the kitchen table. There is also a tv and radio. Boot and washroom Perfect for those coming from the beach or wet clothing this area has plenty of hanging space and also has the extra fridges and freezer needed for holiday extras. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is also a shower room and loo on the ground floor First floor Master bedroom Superking bed with stunning view over the bay. Ensuite bathroom with bath basin and loo. Clothes hanging space and chest of drawers. This bedroom is included in the low occupancy rate. Twin Bedroom Sweet twin bed room with 2 three foot beds. Clothes hanging and chest of drawers also a basin. Loo and basin on landing. Double room 5 foot double bed in spacious room with view to the mountain behind Newport. Clothes hanging space dressing table and basin. Second Floor Top Bedroom Large double room in roof space with Superking bed. Fantastic views to Newport Bay and behind to Carnigli Mountain. This bedroom is included in the low occupancy rate. Top Bathroom The ultimate bath with a view over the bay. Basin and loo as well.
