Enjoy the peace and quiet of rural France while staying just 10 minutes from Saint-Jean-d’Angély and all its shops and amenities. A comfortable and welcoming home, perfect for a relaxing getaway as a couple or family, or for working remotely in the countryside. THE COTTAGE The cottage features a bright and welcoming living area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen includes a built-in oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine and traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete tableware and all the utensils you need for cooking — including everything for those who enjoy baking. An artistic sliding panel elegantly separates the kitchen from the living area and adds a distinctive touch to the house. The living room features a TV with French channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. Upstairs, the mezzanine includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote working, reading or simply enjoying a quiet moment. BEDROOMS & LINEN Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You are welcome to bring your own sheets and towels or, if you prefer to travel light, you can book our linen service: • Double bed: €20 per bed • Single bed: €15 per bed The service includes bed linen and bath towels. Please book this service at least 48 hours before your arrival. ACCESS TO THE COTTAGE Autonomous Key Lock Box The cottage is entirely private and offers self check-in, making your arrival simple and convenient. Free private parking is available directly in front of the house. DURING YOUR STAY You will have complete privacy and independence to enjoy the house and its peaceful surroundings at your own pace. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The cottage is located in La Féole, a small hamlet belonging to Saint-Pierre-de-Juillers, surrounded by woodland, fields and country lanes. Life here is peaceful and unhurried. You can enjoy the countryside right from your doorstep, with lovely walks and bike rides through the surrounding fields and forests. Just a 10-minute drive away, Saint-Jean-d’Angély offers all the essential shops and amenities, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. You can also explore its historic centre and charming old streets, as well as its lively fresh produce market held every Wednesday and Saturday morning. GETTING AROUND A car is recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the surrounding area.
