The space Permit Number#SVR26-012 Located in Rincon Valley in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Calistoga grade is a very spacious and private suite with a private entrance. It's all in one beautiful space carefully designed and decorated. A full bath, walk-in closet, large leather couch with recliners, a 55” TV, free WiFi, Cable, and NETFLIX are all here. It has a country feel with city convenience; restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, wineries, hiking are minutes away. The Rincon Valley Community Park is 1/2 block away. You can spread out with great comfort in between your adventures in and around Sonoma County. This space has air-conditioning, heat, and a gas fireplace with remote. Guest access You will have one designated parking space directly to the right of the suite. We have a guest parking sign to make it easy to spot. The private entrance is visible from your parking space and has a large "welcome" sign next to the door. The entire suite is your space. You can spread out with great comfort in this spacious and private suite. The fireplace works easily with a remote and makes things cozy as does the air conditioner in the summer. There are many restaurants and cafes near by and our basket of menus and recommendations is there for you. ~A complimentary bottle of wonderful Sonoma County wine will be in the suite for your arrival. ~As much as we love pets, no pets, please. ~A 1/2 block away you can picnic or BBQ at a beautiful park. ~The backyard gate must remain closed at all times as we do have a very sweet dog, (Jaxon), that we don't want running away.
