Cozy, Friendly Stay Awhile! Weekly/Monthly Gem!

You’re so welcome to share our home if you are in the area for a longer stay. We are really close to all the area hospitals, our local colleges, sports centers and downtown activities We know sometimes longer stays are needed for schooling, or caring for family members in the area; So we’ve opened this special room for that purpose. This listing is primarily for one person to enjoy! If you’re looking for something larger, ask about our other listing. The space See below (Guest Access) Guest access Every single picture has details of the areas that are called common areas in our house. We’re pretty cool. We share. During your stay We really love people, so we are always open to share a cup of coffee, conversation or even a meal; and we’re so happy to give suggestions for fun places to see in the area or restaurants to try. We also understand that sometimes people need room to themselves and space to rest or study. We’re very good at that here at the Brickhouse! Just be sure and let us know what you need! Other things to note We know traveling and acclimating to a new city/job/school can be challenging; so we may offer you dinner the night you arrive or breakfast on your first day in our home. A typical 1st breakfast is continental fare (fresh ground coffee, fresh fruit, organic cereals, milk or almond milk, toast and sometimes John’s yummy waffles. FYI: We usually have a healthy Brunch (eggs, potatoes, vegetables, Fresh ground coffee, tea, about 12:30 pm most Mon-Sat. If we’re available & this option works for you, feel free to join us as your welcome meal. NOTE Price: Our weekly and monthly rates are discounted. If you plan to stay more than one month, or another unique configuration of time, Feel free to write (before you book,) tell me why you are going to be living in our area And what you need, and I may be able to help you with that unique situation. On Reservations: This is mostly considered a longer term rental property. If an odd day is blocked during the dates you need, check with me before you book.
