Greyhound Cottage, Carbost

Greyhound Cottage is an ideal base for exploring Skye with many things to see and do close by. It is perfect for couples, families (including dogs) or groups of friends. Our cottage is located right next to The Old Inn which serves great home cooked meals and a good variety of hot and cold drinks including a wide range of local ales and spirits. The inn has weekly live music too with a mix of traditional Scottish sessions and other genres. The space Greyhound Cottage is situated on the shore of Loch Harport and has great views down the loch towards the Red Cuilin Hills. Other things to note There is a small shop in the village that sells the basics. It is open from around 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and closes at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. If you want to stock up on provisions for your stay we would recommend you stop at one of the supermarkets in Kyle of Lochalsh, Broadford or Portree.
