Chalet "NOTSCHKERL" in the Vierkanthof - pure idyll!

I am Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful 16th century square courtyard. century with 4,000 m² of meadow & forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation here with family and/or friends. In a multi-year and very complex renovation, the farm was completely renovated. Four residential units were created. We live in the east wing, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwestern part there are 2 chalets. The space The completely newly equipped chalet "Notschkerl" is a highly cozy and comfortable 65 sqm duplex apartment, which is arranged on 2 floors with small intermediate levels. The "Notschkerl" is suitable for 2 - 4 people (double bed in the sleeping area or sofa in the living room). Room layout: Through the private entrance door you enter the fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace (wood is provided free of charge). Right next door is a cozy chill-out lounge with wingback chairs, magazines and a spacious wardrobe. The staircase leads to the upper floor where there is aacious and cozy living room, a dining area, the bathroom (with shower, double sink, toilet) and the bedroom with magnificent views of our property. The "NOTSCHKERL" chalet also has a private outdoor area with a large wooden terrace, seating and sunbathing options as well as a private grill. Guest access The apartment is separated from the rest of the house via its own entrance and allows direct access to the countryside. Access directly in front of the chalet for unloading luggage and parking is possible. Free additional parking in front of the house is available.
