We are located just off of NYS Rt.41 between Afton and Deposit, 10 miles from the best trout fishing in the world on the Delaware River. We are 40 min. from Hancock NY, Binghamton N,Y., 75 min from Cooperstown N.Y. We are surrounded by NYS State game lands which allows unlimited hiking, and hunting. Our place is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, and the quiet, it is the perfect spot to just relax. The space A home away from home. Full kitchen with pots and pans, and dishes. If you need something else, we probably have it. You have your own washer and dryer in each apartment, so there's no need to drive to a laundromat or share facilities with someone else. If you're a reader and have forgotten to bring a book, you're welcome to borrow one from our library! Guest access Outside your private apartment, there's a large wrap around porch for guests to share, with plenty of room for all. Other things to note We want all of our guests to be happy and able to enjoy the peace and serenity, so we only ask that you restrain from playing loud music or performing boisterous activities that will impact other guests negatively, especially at night.
