Once again this is a small hotel room. It is not a large apartment. Everything in the unit is in the pictures. Located in the heart of Douglas, one block from downtown. Walk to the best restaurants, browse the one-of-a-kind shops or simply take a walk down to the park at the end of the block and enjoy the spectacular water views. In respect of other guests, we cannot host guests with infants at this property nor is there room for a crib in the room. Check in is at 4pm and checkout at 1030am. This unit does not have a kitchen or microwave. Other things to note Kayak rental is just one block from the property and included in our guidebook. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy, including the changing of dates- we are not a big corporation and rely on the income from bookings to pay the mortgage. If you anticipate potential health issues, weather concerns or other reasons you might not be able honor your reservation, consider purchasing travel insurance. We provide toilet paper to get you started but we do not provide an unlimited supply. If you run out doing your stay, you are responsible to go out and get more.
